I posted this in Health, but then realized there's a Fitness section so reposting --
I haven't been able to lose the last 5 pounds since I've had my kids (it's been a few years). It may be just 5 pounds but I'm not happy with how I look and feel. Is Weight Watchers a big commitment and more for larger weight loss? Is it worth it to sign up for "just" those last few pounds? Thanks |
| you might want to try calorie counting on your own. and increase your daily water. |
| Cut out sugar and wheat and increase your water for a couple weeks. The pounds will come right off. |
