Anyone ever wash their uppababy Cruz seat before?

I'm afraid to wash it! They say you can...

I've washed my vista seat. I think it's the same. Only wash in a front loading washing machine. Air dry. Also go light on the detergent

I've been wiping it down with baby wipes for a year and that's kept it plenty clean for me. But let me know how it turns out if you try!

I can't do it! Which wipes do you use? I will call uppa on Monday to see if they can talk me through the wash process...I have the light blue canopy...it could use a wash or a good wipe down. I'm just afraid to ruin it!

I washed my b-agile seat after a really awful vomiting episode where my alternative was to just throw it in the trash. I know it's not the same as the uppababy and not nearly as expensive, but fwiw it washed beautifully (front loader, delicate cycle, cold/cold, with woolite) and I hung it to dry. It fit back on perfectly and looked truly as good as new.

I'm not sure it would be worth the trouble and worry if it was just dirty from regular use, though.

If your stroller is still under warranty and you ruin ithe seat in the washing machine they will replace it for you no problem. As long as it is registered with them.
