I'd use Houzz and do it yourself based on pictures. Or try Potomac Paint.

It costs $100 to have someone come to your home. It is cheaper to pay the $100 than to make one mistake with two gallons of paint.

lighting also dramatically changes color, it's much better to have someone come see the space. Best $ we spent

You get what you pay for, in my opinion.

I think $100 is low for a thorough color consultation with a follow-up. In reality, you need to test paints before making an ultimate decision and if you're going to pay someone, you may as well have them follow through with you on the whole process so that the results are as good as they can be.

Strosnider in Potomac has a free color consultants. Ask the store ahead, as the consultant only comes on certain days.

Ace Hardware in Old Town Alexandria has free color consultant on Saturdays and Sundays. I brought in pictures and described my situation and she was very helpful.

Benjamin Moore in Chevy Chase has them. Other BM stores have them but not always full time.
