A little meal prep help

I am looking for suggestions on outsourcing some weekday meal preparation. I have a lot of freezer space but a smallish freezer. Is there a service you would recommend or a way I could hire someone for < 5 hours per week. My friend in other cities tell me these th or a of services are commonplace.
