Recommend MCPS HS level - English creative writing teacher for private tutoring

Can anyone recommend a good MCPS HS level English creative writing teacher for private tutoring? I know that MCPS has a list of MCPS HS Math teachers who tutor privately but am unable to find one for English. I am hoping that recommendations from this forum will be based on positive personal experience vs. a name I might pick up from Wyzant etc. Thanks for your help. The student is in 9th grade in private school.

"This is right up my alley. I majored in creative writing in college at Cornell. I designed and taught a course at Richard Montgomery, mostly to IB students. I have been teaching for 15 years, am MD certified in secondary English, and have been tutoring privately for 12 years (all grade levels, almost all subjects – remediation to acceleration.)"

Thank you so much! I will contact this person. I know the RMIB program very well and I know the quality of English assignments are phenomenal - that's the subject where a lot of sweat and blood goes - DD is going there. This is exactly what I was looking from this forum.
