Has anyone been here yet? Thinking of trying it out this weekend. We have enjoyed Stephen Starr's restaurants in Philly.

I've heard it's good, if you like bistros.
Yes, it's great!
Thanks. Tried that and nothing popped up, which is why I posted. Did you search before you posted this reply or did you just assume? |
I was there for brunch and loved it, it is packed at night, we once tried to get a table for 2 on a saturday at 7pm, they had no tables for the rest of the night...

Foodwise, nothing is bad, nothing is particularly great (other than the delicious bread). The scene is great and the facility is manifique. There are far better bistro places in town, but none can compete on decor.
Oh, it is loud, very loud. |

Steven Starr is always loud. I loved the desserts at Buddakan in Philly but I felt like I needed earplugs!
I like it. Go early for brunch and sit on the terrace.
I thought the food was great - especially the bread. The service has a LONG way to go.
Went for brunch - it was fantastic, so was our service. Even though I'm pregnant, I got a virgin bloody mary and it was absolutely delicious. mmm I could go for one now!
Went for brunch this weekend. Service was great, steak frites very tasty!
It's okay. Packed with kids when we went, so I'm going to bring my kids next time. Didn't blow me over. Not to expensive.
