I'm 9 months post-partum and trying to tone up the mushy midsection. I'm trying to find something I can do after the kids are in bed, and am not yet motivated to do cardio at that hour.
Also, if you can, please say what kind of music is on the video as that can be a real motivator or de-motivator, depending! Thanks in advance. |
