I think Drs. Lockshin in Silver Spring are good, not sure about Sat. hours (also I was more interested in medical than cosmetic dermatology).

Dr. Singh at Drs. Lockshin in Silver Spring is terrific. I'm not sure if he works on Saturday - but he does have late afternoon appointments.

Dr. Stephen Damm in Laurel - he's open Saturdays and he is very experienced. But he won't do botox (he's not for it and doesn't need the $$$) in case that's what you are looking for. It's worth the drive.

Dr. Dellatorre is fantastic but he does not do Saturdays. He is very old school - a true physician. He will not sell you a bunch of useless stuff. Very straight-up.
