Art class or camp for 12 year old that focuses on drawing skills?

DD has some natural ability and loves to draw. Right now she's watching youtube videos to learn how to draw anime, and her efforts are pretty good. She'd like to take a drawing class but up until now, all we've found are more general art classes (i.e. make this paper mache thing, paint this pottery, etc.) and she really wants something that addresses drawing technique.

Any idea where to look? We are in MoCo and, due to multiple kids' schedules, can't really go into DC to the Corcoran or something like that.
