Montgomery county and the state of Maryland health departments offer them either very low cost or free. I assume Virginia has something similar. Have you googled its health department?

Maybe call Avon or SGK to see if they have recs. I would think they would since that's who they fund.

If you are going to pay anyway, skip the cancer-causing mammogram and get thermography. It's more accurate anyway.
