Need your help! Acting supervisor is picking employees for information

| My newly appointed acting supervisor, a long-standing employee, is picking my employees (contractors and FTEs) for information. She has confronted me several times about the information and when I confront the employees, they tend to recant their stories. How would you handle this situation? |
