Need a good vacation website for last minute deals to the Caribbean or Mexico - any suggestions?

Like a consolidater who has their own air, like Funjet or the like. Or even a place that routinely puts packages together for all inclusive places including air. My problem is my dates are flexible and when I go to sites like Applevacations.com or vacationstogo.com et al, their prices hinge on me telling them what dates and what cities I want to go see.

I just want to see a great deal and THEN decide if the place and date work for me. It's so much WORK to try to find a needle in a haystack the other way. Any recommendations when your date and destination are the variables, and getting a super deal is the constant?
