Interviewing for a boat captain position

I'm looking for a captain to care for our 62' sailboat. I think I have covered most of my concerns, but if you were to charter a boat, what are some concerns you'd have? Just want to make sure I haven't missed anything. Thanks.

When we have sailing rum; how can I be assured it will not be Captain Morgan's? I only drink Hendrick's Gin and will need a comparable quality rum. Please advise how you will mitigate my concern.

Discretion is key. Owning a yacht will mean you need trust. Ask him who he has worked for before.
