How much spit up is too much?

Our little one is just over two months - EBF- and she spits up several times after being fed. I try to keep her upright for awhile after feedings. So far her weight gain has been fine at ped visits, but I wonder how much spit up is too much??

Both my kids were big spitteres until they were about 8 months old. Unless its projectile vomiting or the baby seems upset, I wouldn't worry about it. Some kids have GERD and need meds, but usually its just something they outgrow. My pediatrician said its more of a laundry problem than a health problem.

Thanks so much. She doesn't seem upset by it at all. Good point about the laundry!
