Crossfit in Rockville--reviews?

I'm curious about Crossfit and would love to try out one of the gyms in my area. I'm closer distance-wise to the one on Stonestreet near Rockville Metro but it looks like the one on Nebel road has better hours for me (i.e early morning hours).
Does anyone go to either of those and have any reviews? Thanks! |
