I think the more we voice our concerns as parents, the better. Rhee has monthly community meetings (see above link) - and I learned much by attending last night.

There have been recent threads on DCUM on, for instance, GATE programs in the District -- or the lack thereof -- and Special Education issues. This is a forum set up for community input - let's use it!
