| This is NOT OP of the other thread. Looking for CURRENT input on this. I already know there are enough people to speak out against GF, familiar or not. That is NOT what I am interested in. I am looking for pros and cons from people who actually live there. TIA. |

| I don't live there b/c I moved to mclean due to commute issues, but did live there for 5 years. It's a great place to live. Down to earth, snobs---there are both, but yet they seem to get along well enough. It's kind of 'out of the way' so there's not so many random people driving through in front of your house just to drive by. We lived closer to the river, so our house had well water---which was kind of an annoyance b/c of no fluoride in the water, but our dentist gave us fluoride supplements so no cavities. There's this thing called cars and coffee on Saturday mornings, which is really great b/c a lot of regular (male and females) come by and socialize. It's a great place to live. Enjoy it. |

PP did you notice a big difference between GF and McLean? We are deciding. Work in Tysons.
People? What to do with kids? Schools? Would you move in elementary? If so, which one? Would you move in Middle School? |
