Anyone know about Bull Run AAP or Virginia Run Elementary?

We are looking at a house that feeds into VA Run locally and Bull Run is the AAP center. Our oldest is center-eligible but our younger two would attend Virginia Run. It doesn't look like VA Run has local level 4. Thanks for any input.

Don't have first hand info. Do remember that Bull Run's SOL scores were noticeably lower than other Centers' scores.
Also, DC's friend in AAP there seems to be less challenged than DC was in same grade at a local level IV.

Bull Run has had a LOT of teacher (and principal) turnover, so even though I've had kids in the AAP there for quite a few years, I can only say that the current sixth grade teachers are superb. The rest--mixed bag.

I don't feel that the program at Bull Run does enough to challenge the 3rd, 4th and 5th grade AAP kids. There has been talk that the new principal wanted to eliminate some truly educational and enriching class activities. This would give the kids more time to do things like study for the useless SOLs.
