| I currently have a 5.75% interest rate and want to refi to today's low rates. However, I don't know if my credit score of 685 is good enough to get a much better rate. Anyone btdt or have thoughts? |

Who have your friends used to refi? Why not call and ask? You could also put your info into lending tree and see what comes up. It'll help if you have decent equity in your house and you know your house will appraise well.
