| Just wondering where you live if you have children at SSSAS. We do not live in Alexandria and I am curious if that fact would be detrimental to my child's social life at that school. (Yes, I have read all of the opinions re: sports culture, etc. I am just looking for straight facts on geography.) Thanks! |

| we live in Alexandria. Lots of folks don't. just depends on how willing you are to invest your time driving kids around until they can drive themselves. |

| No one will care where you live. Though to answer your question - majority prob in Alexandria, Arlington, and Fairfax County, with a smattering from DC and PG. Welcome! |

We are under a mile from the lower school but our child has classmates from Arlington, falls church, and one in Annandale. It works out fine - Friday after school play dates work great no matter where you live.
My guess would be 65 percent Alexandria? But that s a guess - the school will be abl to tell you more accurately. |
