Hot weather style

Anonymous
I have an easy enough time figuring out what to wear in winter/fall/spring weather, but what do you wear when it's extremely hot outside and you still want to look fashionable?

I'm curious too. One of the many reasons I dislike hot weather. Don't like sundresses/shorts/sandals.

In that case you want lighter weight fabrics: linen pants, light weight tops, ankle length jeans/pants, (puts on flame retardant suit) and capris that stop at the knee look more flattering than the sort that stop at mid calf.

A-line skirts, sheath dresses, cropped pants.

I love how maxi dresses feel, they catch the breeze and are cooling. At. 5'9" 140, they looked great. At 5'9" 160, I'm not sure what I'll wear this summer.

A line skirts are good at knee length if you need more coverage. Much cooler than any of the alternatives.

Polos, chinos, Lilly and Jacks.
