Need recommendation for Inova Fairfax

I tried to get into Georgetown, but they couldn't get me in until week 10 & not with the doctor I want. So, I think I am going to go to Inova Fairfax since they also have a level 4 NICU. (hope i am not confusing it with Alexandria!). In any case, could anyone recommend an OB there. I so hope they are more friendly that G-town! I'd really appreciate any advice.

I absolutely LOVE my OB, Dr. Glen Silas. I've had some "issues" along with the way and he's been great. So warm and caring. I've met four of the six OB's at the practice and really liked them all. They are Northern VA OB/GYN Associates. I don't have the number handy but will post it when I get home. You are correct about INOVA Fairfax and the NICU.

I love Dr. Silas, too! Dr. Berry at the practice is really good as well. I live in Bethesda but I was so displeased with the office and some of the attitudes at my last OB's office that I switched. I am so glad I did. I'd rather drive out of my way and be happy than not. Good luck!

Also-be sure you're calling the Arlington Boulevard office and not the Fair Oaks one. They also deliver at Fair Oaks.
