NYC show (Broadway or Off) suggestions?

For 2 adults in July.
I REALLY want to see Newsies, but for many reasons, the best day for us to go is a Thursday, and unfortunately that is when Newsies is dark. 
I am on the Cirque du soliel mailing list, and noticed they (Quidam show) are coming to Fairfax, VA (we live close to there) the week before I want to go to NYC, and then will be going to Brooklyn, the week I want to go to NYC...so that is one possibility, though it seems a bit ridiculous to travel to NYC to see a traveling show, the week after it was just near us--but the week after it is near us, it isn't possible for us to go (childcare issues)... |
