Schools for bright kids with mild learning issues

Anonymous
What schools are good choices for a very bright kid (98%ile on WISC) who has a borderline or mild LD in reading/phonemic awareness. DC reads at grade level (though many of his peers read above grade level) but is strong in math/science, very creative, athletic, well-behaved and with good social skills. I want him to be challenged and have the best opportunities (of course) but I also want him to get the support he may need. Anyone out there with ideas/expereience? Thanks!

The McLean School of Maryland. I frequently post about how wonderful a school it is. Kids just like your's do terrifically there and I don't know a single parent who isn't happy with the school.

My son was 99+ on the admissions testing but has some issues. He is thriving there.
