Middle School feeder for Rock Creek Forest

I am considering moving into the Rock Creek Forest catchement area with my now 3rd grader. He will start MS in 2015-16 school year. Will the alternate MS to Westland be built and opened? By 2015-16? By 2016-17? By 2017-18?

I have a third-grader at North Chevy Chase nearby. If the new middle school opens on schedule it will be open when she is in 8th grade. Whether they will actually switch 8th-graders to the new middle school or let them just finish at Westland instead of switching school 3 years in a row (6th at NCC->7th at Westland, 7th at Westland->8th at new middle school, 8th at new middle school -> 9th at B-CC) is yet to be determined.
