| Weights, weights, weights. And not the "Barbie" bell weights of 2 and 5 lbs. Use at least 7.5 and work up. |
| Weights! Do 5 reps on 15+ weights, not 15 reps of 5 weights. You need to build muscle to tone them up. |

| You can't spot reduce fat, but you can build muscle. Definitely heavy weights and you will have to work on cutting more body fat even if you're in the normal range. Not a lot obviously. |
