Fabulous jeans for petite women?

I wear a 24/00 petite/short jean, but I have a little tummy post-baby, and all my jeans fall down on the butt and look trashy, and my lack of hips make me look like a slightly potbellied boy! Any suggestions for jeans that will make me look amazing?? I prefer skinny and low rise jeans, but maybe that's why my pants fall down! I prefer NOT to spend over $100--but I will if I look wonderful.

Lucky brand jeans, they stay put. I'm a 25 with a pooch so I prefer the higher rise ones.

I found some decent skinny jeans at gap kids recently. Try a 12 or 14. The length was perfect!!!

I like Citizens petite, but they are definitely over 100 and you may still need to hem them if you're not wearing heels.

I wear a 25 and like J Crew skinny jeans.
