what can I do with avocados?

I have recently discovered that I LOVE avocados - I already knew I liked guacamole, although I can't eat it a lot due to an intolerance to red onions. However, I have recently started slicing it up onto my salads and it's great! But what else can I do with them? Yes, I'm one of those mythical people who "can't cook", so when I run across a new ingredient, I just use it for the only thing I know.

Excellent on turkey sandwiches. Turkey, pick a cheese, mayo, lettuce, tomato, avocado on sourdough. Mmmm.

The BLT is also vastly improved with a slice of avocado.

French bread, provolone, avocado, olive oil, salt and pepper.

I like to slice it up and drizzle balsamic vinaigrette on it. Yum!

Eating avocado as we speak. It's the only thing my pregnant tummy craves.

Dredge in panko and deep fry for 30 seconds (doesn't take much oil) serve with salsa and sour cream. Southwestern treat!

Traditional guacamole uses white onion.

Haha pregnant and eating an avocado sushi roll on the daily, as it is one of the only things that sounds good.

Most of the ways I use it have already been suggested, but this is what I do:

-Plain with a dash of salt
-In guac, I use white onions or yellow onions so no red onions.
-On vegetarian blts
-On provolone sandwiches
-In tacos and fajitas
-Homemade avocado sushi rolls
-Cubed on top of chili or tortilla soup

I love toast with cream cheese and avocado plus a little s+p. sounds strange but really yummy.

YES!!!!!!!! I have to eat one everyday! . I sprinkle a little salt and black pepper on mine!
