Uncomfortable work environment

How do you deal with a passive aggressive co-worker who subtly messes with you everyday? It's just stuff that is so stupid you can never prove it without seemingly like a tattletale or paranoid. I've thought about retaliation but this co-worker will spin a tale about how I'm crazy and look at what I'm doing when she innocently does nothing.

I've called passive-aggressive coworkers out. I'd say hi to a woman, she'd pretend to ignore me, then act miffed I didn't greet her when I walked in that morning.

I'd knock loudly on the counter connected to her desk, wave my hand in front of her phone or computer monitor, say "HI JANE!" really loudly so others could hear, whatever. But personally, emotionally, I let go of any guilt. I made sure I was doing the right thing by my boss/company and didn't give her a second thought. Everyone knew she was Difficult.
