| Are the numbers for admission up, down, or same at your school. At ours enrollment is down overall and teachers are being let go for next year. I'm just wondering if this is a trend, or if people are leaving for other reasons (financial, moving, etc.). |
| Enrollment is at its lowest point ever. |
| Our school MON Darnestown has highest enrollment ever. |
| Our school was up 20% for this school year and I've heard it's gone up for 2013-2014. I'm not sure of the amount. It's also an outer suburban school like Mary of Nazareth, but not parochial. |
| Enrollment is up at our school. They've had to hire additional teachers and aides to accommodate the growing size. |
| Unless you name the school, it really doesn't mean a whole lot. |
| Current enrollment in St. Johns in Frederick is strong in the lower grades but not upper grades. |
| Big 3 (some say Big 5). Up, up, up. Never seems to slow down. Incredible to me, even in recession, applications were as high as always, and waitlists that never moved. |
| enrollment is up at my school as well. Not a big 3. |
|
These are such useless postings unless you name the school. Anyone can say enrollment is up or down.
Do we really need a whole thread if useless postings? |
| Ok, PP. Sidwell, Beauvoir, GDS, Potomac, Maret, St. Pat's, NPS, Sheridan, Norwood, Landon, Langley, etc. etc. etc. up, up. Up, as they have been for the past 30 years or so. |
Yep. Our school is on this list and enrollment is at an all-time high. |
ours is on your list and it is not up up up. |
| Totally agree. Calling bs on the up up up. My school is on your list and it is down down down. Little by little year by year. |
| So you are both referring to either Norwood or Langley or maybe Landon. Otherwise, dead on. |
