Party venue in DC for 60 to 70

Looking for suggestions for a party venue for my husband's 40th. Prefer NW DC. Planning on apps and drinks not dinner. 60 to 70 adults on a Friday or Saturday night. Thank you.

We went to a party for about this number at Chez Billy recently (rented out upstairs bar area). It was nice. Not nearly enough food (wedding that started at 6:30) but if you are clear it is aps only, should work fine.

I've been to a couple birthday parties at the Electric Maid in Takoma. You'd have to provide all the food/drinks. Is good for a casual get-together, but definitely not upscale.

The Mansion at O Street...kind of a different kind of location but could be fun. It's a quirky, memorable place.
