Recommend a headhunting firm for former military officer/aersopace exec

Anonymous
DH is a former military officer/aersopace exec. He's a great strategist, well known, etc. He just doesn't know how to do one thing -- look for a new job!

Please recommend the best aerospace/defense headhunter firms or any other way he should be looking for a job that is specific to his field. He is too high up for the job search engines, etc. I got him a subscription to CEO Update.

Thanks!

when your that high, don't jobs/opportunities fall in your lap?

or golden parachutes+military pension from the last job mean you don't have to work?

Op here. Still looking for good recommendations.

Thanks!

You seem to have dismissed pp, but I have to say, it doesn't make sense that he is so high up and no head hunters are reaching out to him. I suppose aerospace isn't a growing industry, but still.

I'm in that industry, at one of the Big 3...since DCUM is so fond of Big 3.

Questions for OP:

What branch? Retired at what level?
Last company, left at what level?

I can give you some suggestions, but it really depends on what he did/does, and for whom.
