how do i determine a builder/renovator on a flip

we went to see a house this week that we absolutely loved, but it was in a location that had issues that we could not get over.
the house was a flip, and we love the job that they did. how do i find out who did the work so that if we find a house that's not renovated we can get a bid from them? |
