Good credit union with branch(es) in Kensington/North Bethesda

Looking for a credit union in the Kensington/North Bethesda area that has a least one physical branch.

The person needing an account is a senior, but isn't part of any special groups, so it would have to be a credit union without strict membership rules or limited to a specific population.

Sometimes the membership limits are quite loose. For example, the Mid Atlantic Federal Credit Union is open to anyone who "lives, works, attends school or worships in Montgomery County, Md."
