Looking for a credit union in the Kensington/North Bethesda area that has a least one physical branch.
The person needing an account is a senior, but isn't part of any special groups, so it would have to be a credit union without strict membership rules or limited to a specific population. |
I thought all credit unions had some rule limiting membership...? |

Sometimes the membership limits are quite loose. For example, the Mid Atlantic Federal Credit Union is open to anyone who "lives, works, attends school or worships in Montgomery County, Md."
https://www.mafcu.org/ It has a physical branch in downtown Bethesda, but I don't know if that's close enough for the OP's friend. |
| Signal financial Federal CU is in Kensington. |
Ha! The common bond for most credit unions has become anyone who has two legs who can walk in the dour. What a crock. And they don't even pay taxes like you and I do. |

Citi and Bank of America haven't paid taxes lately either. |
