Whole Foods Salad Bar Area

Second time I've gotten sick in as many weeks eating from the Whole Foods Fair Oaks salad bar. Had a smoked mozzarella and pasta salad. They are probably mixing old with new.

Never again. Calling the manager.

Ewww .... Sorry, OP. And I love that salad - too bad. Which Whole Foods do you go to?

I've gotten sick MANY times at the Whole Foods salad bar and hot foods bar. It's happened to me at WF P Street and Glover Park. I refuse to eat off of it anymore.

That's never happened to me at WF in Rockville or Gaithersburg locations.

The same thing just happened to me. I ate it on Friday late afternoon/early evening around 4:00 PM, and was at the emergency room by 7:00 a.m. the next morning. The hospital told me I had food poisoning and I'm waiting for them to confirm which type it was. YUK and so disappointed!!!

2nd - eat from there often. But they probably have a higher turnover than most.

Rockville has been okay but I don't eat there that often. I do happen to be eating the WF salad bar right now though. Hope everything continues to be fine!

P st location in DC is fine. Never been sick there, same with the one in Tysons.

Never gotten sick at the Alexandria Whole Foods, or any other Whole Foods bar. Then again I have a pretty strong stomach, but so far so good.

Alexandria, silver spring NAND Rockville have all worked fine for me over the years. Worth mentioning to the store manager.

With that turnaround, it wasn't Whole Foods that did you in. Food poisoning takes longer to percolate.
