| No one is surprised by this- it was all empty threats, bluster and blather. |
Not sure why you would think this given that many other agencies are furloughing--HUD, FAA, EPA, DOL, etc. |
Think the terrorist attack had something to do with it. Not really logical to furlough people. |

| Don't care whether it was expected or not. I'm glad our HHI is not going down by 1,500 a month. That was going to sting. I went back to work part time a couple of months ago to make up the difference. I'm glad we won't be using that money to eat for the next year. |
