Good Costco Appetizers?

Anonymous
I'm hosting a party and want to do a combination of homemade and prepared appetizers. Which prepared appetizers have you tried from Costco that were tasty?

Ling Ling dumplings
Mini crabcakes
Mini quiche

Not that big box of assorted appetizers. Blech.

I 2nd the mini quiche

Bruschetta (cooler section) with crostini (can't remember the exact name - it's like slices of toasted bread with seasoning, comes in a big bag)

This.
And the big Brie wheels and Manchego chunks are good if you want a cheese offering.

The Parmesan artichoke dip is amazing.

We really like the Costco fresh salsa in the refridgerated section (the regular one, not the mango flavor). We never use jarred salsa anymore now.

People do love pigs in a blanket - with a good mustard to dip? So good and they do fly off the table.

Costco has that really good jalapeno greek yogurt dip/spread - it's delicious. with some tortilla chips or pita chips it's fabulous.
their vegetarian stuffed grape leaves are great, too.

Anyone know if this is different from the artichoke/spinach dip they sell?

If they have any pepper jelly left, it's awesome on brie and water crackers. Skip their Charcuterie if you want any (it tends to be a bit dried out), and get that kind of thing at Wegmans.

Thanks, all. And to think I would have passed over the pigs in a blanket...
