When I was switching insurances I got a few recommendations for them and made an appointment for the first week of January. My husband took a long lunch break and went with me to help watch our 2 year old, but I was not really impressed with the office. My appointment was at 11:40 and I had gotten there good and early at 11:20 to give them the filled out paperwork. At 12:15 I asked if the wait was usually that long and they said no that they had a problem with a patient. They told me I still had one person in front of me. I told them I had to leave because I had to take my husband back to work. It would have been much more helpful if they told me when I checked in that they were running behind and to expect a longer wait. As it is, I decided not to use that practice because I didn't feel comfortable with the office staff. I have a high risk pregnancy and that practice just seemed too busy to meet my needs.
