I've seen ovens with gas range tops and convection ovens? Are these any good? What is the difference besides they cook faster? Are they more drying? Can you broil in them?

Love our convection. It circulates air for more even cooking. Great for baking.

| Yes, you can broil in them. Ours lets you turn the convection feature on or just use the regular oven settings. |
