| Rockville, Bethesda, Gaithersburg okay locations...Used to belong to a gym and loved the spin classes. I don't want to rejoin but just want to spin...any suggestions? Thanks! |
| ZenGo! Bethesda. And soul cycle is coming soon. |
| Most counties offer classes at the rec. centers |
| Thank u! ZenGonis right near my office but thought it was a restaurant...will check it out. |
REally? Where did you hear soul cycle is coming soon? I just looked on their website and there's nothing about a DC location. Although honestly, if an overpriced boutique spin studio was going to open around here I wish it was flywheel. The whole soul cycle thing with the candles and the affirmations and crap seems so silly to me. |
| OP, you may find that joining a gym and just using it for spinning is going to cost you way less than taking classes at a boutique spinning studio like zengo. Of course that depends on how often you go, but seriously, four classes at zengo cost me as much as my monthly gym membership, and I spin there 12+ times a month. |
| Off Road DC on U street is another boutique gym. Just spinning. |
Yup. I pay $40/month at Crunch and take eight spin classes a month. That's all I do there. Can't imagine you'll find $5 spin classes anywhere else. |
+1000 I just moved to Arlington and miss Crunch so much. Chad's classes are the absolute best, but all the instructors are really good. I think they have 3-4 spin classes/day.
