Vermont Butter & Creamery makes it and I've seen it in a number of stores. It's the purple tub, next to the pink (mascarpone) and whatever color their cream cheese is. I forget.

I'm pretty sure the Dupont vendor that has it always has samples too. Sunday mornings from 9:00 am to 1:00 pm or something like that. |
