| Besides whole foods anyplace else that sells it? I'm in Capitol Hill so would be great if there is some place around there... Thanks! Also does the US have a version of quark that is called something else? |
| WTF is quark? |
| Is that like turducken? |
| It's a cheese and I don't know where |
| Keswick creamery at takoma and DuPont farmers markets has it. |
|
If you get desperate you can make your own.

Vermont Butter & Creamery makes it and I've seen it in a number of stores. It's the purple tub, next to the pink (mascarpone) and whatever color their cream cheese is. I forget.
Sorry, I'm not familiar with Capitol Hill though. |
| What about German Gourmet in Falls Church? |
I'm pretty sure the Dupont vendor that has it always has samples too. Sunday mornings from 9:00 am to 1:00 pm or something like that. |
| There is a seller at the dupont farmer market that sells quark. |
| I learn something here every day. |
|
close to Capitol Hill, somewhat, you can buy quark at the new Costco in NE DC:
2441 Market St NE, Washington, DC 20018 |
| ^^^ I've personally seen it at that Costco |
| Keswick and Clear Spring Creamery at Dupont Farmers Market both sell it. |
| OP, what do you use it for? |
