| A former colleague is moving to be the CEO of a mid sized nonprofit and started talks with me about being the CIO. I have lots of IT management experience but honestly have no idea what the day today is like for a CIO. Any insight? |

For a small non profit its probably a bit unique. Less strategy setting, more program management. Oversee budget, hiring and key initiatives. |
