I just let the makeup counter at Nars do a full makeover on me. Loved the look. Didn't like the way my eyes started to water. I find the EWG database cumbersome to use. Anyone with good, positive experiences with some of the better natural and organic makeups?
Thanks! |

The functionality of most "natural" cosmetics is just going to be different from regular makeup (I really think it's lacking, for the sort part, but I think most people with a philosophical belief about it find it just fine). Here are some brands to get you started:
ZuZu Luxe RMS Vapour Beauty Elixery Lipstick Just a thought - makeup artists have usually freshly cleaned their brushes with alcohol sprays and are much more aggressive about putting color on our faces than we are. I can wear lots of different products, but generally refuse to have my makeup done by anyone else because it makes my eyes water so badly. |

| Just as a precaution, things that are "natural" and "organic" may cause your eyes to water too. I actually have more allergy problems with many "natural" lines of cosmetics because of the botanical oils. If your primary concern is trying to avoid allergic reactions, try Clinique. |
