Reform synagogue in N. Va where congregants beyond B'nai Mitzvah families attend Shabbat services?

Anonymous
I'm looking for reviews of Shabbat services at Reform synagogues in Northern Virginia. It seems like people don't attend Shabbat services unless they are there for a Bar/Bat Mitzvah or there is some kind of special religious school event. Are there any Reform synogogues where congregants attend Shabbat services on a regular basis? I'd like to attend services somewhat regularly, but everywhere I've gone I've felt like I was intruding on a special event. I have been to conservative synagogues where people attend regularly and there is a great community feeling, but for many reasons, a conservative synagogue is not going to work for my family.
