She worked every day/evening/weekend except Monday and she seemed to be the primary baker/cook. Every time we went there it was busy. I don't think it would be possible to keep up at that pace unless she hired a full time nanny and a part-time nanny since she must have been working way more than 40 hours a week, unless her spouse has light hours. I don't think health codes would allow her to have her child back there ever. A lot of women cut back after having kids, but I think if she tried that it wouldn't be worth it financially given how expensive overhead is.
Her desserts were out this world! I will miss that bakery, but at least I got to experience it for a little while. Back to supporting chains . Boo!
