Biden Insiders Confess He Was Severely Cognitively Impaired

Vanity Fair interview

Dr. Biden knew. That's why she complimented him in a kindergarten teacher voice for answering ALL the questions!

And STILL he was always more coherent and lucid than Trump is and yet MAGA is fine with that and I don’t even hear the media addressing his complete garbage word salads.

Mitch McConnell looks like a corpse and can barely speak but I never hear republicans complain about him.

And where were Democrats when Diane Feinstein was rolled around in a wheelchair barely aware of her surroundings?

Kamala was not electable and so there were no options viable for most except Trump. The end. If you want the back story, it's that the Dems should have foreseen age being a possible handicap and had Biden pull out of a second election creating space for 2 real candidates. Go back even further, allow Biden v Hillary to run back when Trump won first term, given traditionally, it should have been Bidens time as VP to run.

Hindsight is 20/20 though and I'm not a fan of Biden but I do think we are here today because if several big mistakes by Dems not just the obvious one. Kudos to Trump however for leveraging those mistakes. I say this as someone who finds him mortifying but as an analysis, he did have the ability to beat the Dems to oblivion, conceptually anyway.

I disagree with this. She had a lot of support, but she couldn't overcome two things:
--the fact that she wouldn't say what she would do differently to help the middle class
--the fact that some Democrats were too racist and/or sexist to vote for her

Also - if the Rs had impeached him during term 1, we wouldn’t be here. We can navel gaze all we want about Biden/Harris, but the Rs still own this in the end.

This whole thread is just someone shouting, "Squirrel!"

Keep your eyes on the present crisis.

Of course. Don't mention it while it's happening and deny, deny, deny. Then say all in the past. Republicans are following Democrats' fine example of what to do.

So the moral of the story is to not trust the media.

You do realize McConnell is not longer leader because of his decline.

He should have bowed out a year before and we could have primaried someone. Yes. But I think the plan was to beat Trump and then turn it over to Harris in the first year. Frankly, no matter what happened to his health, we would have had strong support to keep this country on course. Now we are watching it die.
But, yes, he should have gotten out, and I think his health further detetiorates in the last year which they didn't expect and they all though it was too late and too risky to back out.

And when exactly was Diane Feinstein the majority leader? I'll wait.

Meanwhile, the Republicans had a good candidate in Haley and chose to kick her to the curb in favor of a convicted felon who staged an insurrection of the Capitol.

Haley would have been so much better. She is sane.

McConnell is an interesting case. He is largely responsible for Trump's re-election. He could have stopped Trump. Now, he's trying to save whatever legacy he has left by siding with the last reasonable Republicans. Too late Mitch. You own this dumpster fire. I hope it's written on your headstone.
