But every woman can’t do it. For example - I admit that I am shallow and a Lookist. My DH is a good looking man and has remained good looking through 40 years of marriage.

Prostitutes are doing this because they are poor and they have to feed their family. So, it is a torture for them but they sacrifice themselves. I think it destroys their mental health.
