No!! Already overdone and marble is so difficult

We have superwhite quartzite but I think it may have been mislabeled because it looks and acts exactly like marble. It does etch. This isn't ideal but also doesn't bother us that much. I love marble and had gotten talked out of it by the designer so it all worked out. The counters are beautiful and classic. We do take care to clean up spills quickly and to always use cutting boards.

Granite. Quartz and marble scratch, stain and discolor. Granite is imdestructible.

+ stainless steel sctratches and is hideous. Butcher block will be trashed within a week.

There is almost nothing you can do that is timeless, and it is almost impossible to predict which things will be in or out of style in 5-10 years. Just get what you like and avoid the super-trendy.

I got London Fog Caesarstone for the marble look without the maintenance. Loved soapstone and marble and quartz but am very practical when it comes down to it. It looks amazing!

Yes! Like a restaurant kitchen.

Not in style but timeless. And very durable.

I've never heard of this but I am intrigues. Where does one get stainless steel counter tops installed?

The white quartzites are soft. Some places will label them soft quartzite and some won’t. It sucks. We steered clear.

It doesn’t look like marble. Quartz never looks like marble if a person has any clue what they are looking at.

Agree. We had Carsarstone in our bathroom and it stained worse than our marble in the kitchen. I don’t see the point of not just getting marble.
