| Ridiculous. Unless there is EVIDENCE then IMO after this many years this should be treated as slander. |
| Others will come forward. Cosby Part II... |
What EVIDENCE do you need? Do we not believe all Women? |
Who is this “we” you are speaking of? You are writing from the POV that individuals cannot form their own opinions. |
Why do you believe? Just curious |
What does that even mean? Twelve-year-olds aren't two-year-olds. |
Please. |
NP. I’m inclined to believe this accuser, just as I believed Ford. However, these are very, very different circumstances. The standard for convicting someone in a court of law is far higher than the standard for declining to confirm a Supreme Court nominee, as it should be. Also, Ford was taking a much bigger risk in coming forward than this accuser is. |
The values were different for sure. Makes no sense to apply today's values for something that maybe(!) happened half of a century ago. (Some American values still don't apply in Europe and they probably never will). |
It was not socially acceptable for grown adults to have sex with 12 year olds in 1965. Remember when Jerry Lee Lewis married his 13 year old cousin? That was in the 50s and it was a huge scandal. |
| A lot of sordid sh*t went down with all these 60s musicians, so it wouldn't shock me if it were true. But in a practical sense, I don't know how she could prove it at this point. |
You obviously didn’t follow the Duke lacrosse story. They got paid millions from Duke because accuser made it all up |
Not PP, but Ford came forward because her assailant was about to become a Supreme Court justice. So for Bob Dylan, for an incident from 56 years ago, I think it’s reasonable to ask…why now? |
| My daughter is 12 and looks like a young woman. I have no trouble believing this. Sick. |
Np but why should there be? If he had murdered someone than they dont say " statue if limitations". They prosecute. Rape is a serious offense that should not have a " staue of limitations" |
