Men, do you prefer certain heights in women?

This breakdown is based on my observations and conversations with friends:

50% of men want to be with someone who is not taller than them, but pretty flexible on heights across around a range and consider height as just one factor along with other physical attributes such as facial beauty, hair, body type (skinny vs curvy), race, etc.

20% like women who are very petite and/or very skinny and so feel relatively big in comparison. Most of them like women who are both short and thin, but there is a subset who go for the extremely thin look and will date average to tall heights as long as they are skinny and some others who will go for very short and are fine with chubby/curvy.

20% want someone who is relatively tall. Many but not all of these guys want someone tall with the goal of tall offspring (esp. sons) although they won't go more than a few inches taller than they are, at most.

10% don't care about height at all and are focused on other physical attributes such as race, facial beauty, body type, personality, hair, etc., unless the woman is either extremely short or significantly taller than they are.

I think women of most heights can be hot. I like sleeping with petite women. I’d want to have kids with a tall woman so my kids could be tall but I really only date short women since that’s who I like to have sex with.

IDK my DH and I are the same height- 5'8" and we can have sex standing up very easily. I can also fully wrap my legs around him and cross my ankles behind his back.

I am 6’1" and always strongly attracted to petite smaller women. DW is 4'11" and around 105 lbs.

Curious for the tall guys who prefer tall women because they want tall sons- of course it's great if you only have boys but do you ever think about the possibility of having only daughters, who turn out to be 6'2 and not exactly with the skinny model frame (ie hard in the dating market)?

6'2 guy, wife is 5 8' wife wishes she was 5 10'

she said she wanted to have tall kids which worked out but may have been the same if I married a shorter girl who knows. I only dated one girl under 5 3'

DH is 6'3, and I"m barely 5'. I can also crosss my ankles behind his back. I am also very flexible, so maybe that has something to do with it.

I will say that DH's height is mostly in his legs. He's got really long legs. When we are sitting next to each other, the height difference is not that noticeable. Maybe that's why sex is a non issue for us for most positions. The bits align without an issue.
